tried e-earphone in akihabara? if they aren’t there they’re prolly not in japan
e-earphone has a few used ones in stock at their Akihabara store. Try there?
I once discovered a specialist headphone shop… it was on the 3rd floor of a nondescript building kinda far from station (not sure which now) but they had like everything under the Sun.
Funny… was just looking for Bathys here and nobody has them outside of online stores. As others have stated, e-earphone has some used Focals, but nothing new from what I recall. I think I used to see studio Focals at Yodobashi, but they seem to be gone now.
I doubt its much of a help but the Yodobashi right next to Kofu station in Yamanashi has a quite surprising range of headphones. There were Stax, campfire audio, focal, and some others you wouldnt expect at a chain store.

[Fujiya Avic](https://www.fujiya-avic.co.jp/shop/goods/search.aspx?search=x&keyword=FOCAL&search=search) is one stop from Shinjuku, in Nakano, and they have new and used Focals. They have very good listening stations.
