Pretty neat .
I think there’s a small bug, at least in mobile.
When clicking on the ward, the info comes up, and the ward is a slightly different colou and the name is shown, and only when clicking outside of the map the ward will be highlighted in magenta.
I guess the intention is to highlight the ward in magenta when clicking the ward.

Maybe in like 1990, haha. I think downtown Shibuya is a better “mascot” for nightlife in Tokyo.
