So I just had someone send me money from the US through a wire transfer to my Japan post bank account. Its been a week already but nothing has gotten into my account. Does anyone know any number I can call for assistant in English, email or any online platform I can use to track the transaction

Did they send through the intermediate bank as jp requires? If not, the transfer isn’t arriving and will be refunded to the sender after some weeks minus fees.

there’s no specific “English support” number but you might luck out at a bigger post office and one of the staff speaks it.
These things usually take longer than one week to process. If another week or so goes by without anything, then the person who initiated the transfer should first take it up with the bank that originated the transfer before you take it up with Japan Post Bank.
You are better off having them put the money inside a bottle and then throwing it in the ocean towards Japan, than relying on Japan Post Bank.
