1. Are you in Japan and an American?

   I had 3 restaurants add extra meat or noodles to my order, no charge, just because I was American, lol.

   But yeah, that looks like plenty!

14. Not bad, usually extra charshu has five pieces. Add couple extra to draw customers a smart move!
