I’m not taking about special shodo ink calligraphy, just regular writing with a pen. I was searching for resources online but only found phone apps and stroke orders, not really something I could print and practice on.
In terms of printouts, [this site](https://www.penji-mikata.com/) might be better. I personally don’t like it all that much though because it’s just using a 教科書体 font rather than actual penmanship, but it’ll probably do. [This one](http://ji.bdmj.net/aozora.php) also sucks for the exact same reason, but at least the texts that it has you write are interesting.
Look for the hashtag #ペン習字 (or just #ペン字) on instagram and youtube. You won’t be able to print anything out but I’m learning a few things just by watching or looking at samples. Or search google and amazon.co.jp using the same term for books. I found a site a while ago but I can’t seem to find the link anymore. I’ll try to update this if I find it.
Have you considered going to a shop that sells supplies for calligraphy? In Taiwan there’s a series of very inexpensive notebooks for different writing styles starting with the basics that I can find at calligraphy and fountain pen shop.s

Is [this](https://m4688.com/2020/04/25/post-830/) what you’re looking for? I like the explicit pointers about stroke order, angles and other details. How about [this](https://www.jakka.jp/) site? I googled 漢字ドリルプリント and free kanji [printables](https://nortonsafe.search.ask.com/web?o=APN12179&l=dir&qo=serpSearchTopBox&geo=en_US&doi=2021-12-22&cmpgn=jul21&p2=%5EEQ%5Ejul21%5E&q=free+kanji+printables).

Maybe you’ll find Japanese Calligrapher Takumi’s YT [channel](https://www.youtube.com/c/takumitohgu) useful. He uses a variety of pens/pencils.
If you’re looking for just blank boxes with the correct spacing to practice writing, you could consider looking up 原稿用紙 (genkouyoushi) as well
