Hi! I’m Ano and I’ve been staying in Japan for 8 months already. Until now I had been ok paying with cash, but now I need to book my returning flight ticket with a card. But I don’t have enough money on my Visa card. Can I charge it with cash somewhere? Thank you so much.

You can buy ticket at the airport with cash. Alternatively, contact the airline and ask if they have sales office around the city.
You should be able to pay via convenience store ticket payment, or via bank transfer (furikomi) at an ATM.
