Hi my fiance is currently trying to register for the fast track using the MySoS app but after completing the questioneir and generating the QR code, she can’t advance to the pledge, on the app she is still marked as unregistered. Somebody know if there is a problem with app or maybe there is a waiting period before she can go further with the registration?
