As the question above implies, most Japanese in gaming forums see that *”Bai no Hayasa de!”* (倍の速さで！) is funny and grammatically incorrect. Why is this the case? And if so, what’s the correct way to say it?

Usually, all it takes is to [google it](https://www.google.co.jp/search?q=%E5%80%8D%E3%81%AE%E9%80%9F%E3%81%95%E3%81%A7&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&hl=en-jp&client=safari). Of course there’s an entry in [ニコニコ大百科](https://dic.nicovideo.jp/a/%E3%83%90%E3%82%A4%E3%83%8E%E3%83%8F%E3%83%A4%E3%82%B5%E3%83%87%E3%83%BC), and [here](https://dic.nicovideo.jp/b/a/%E3%83%90%E3%82%A4%E3%83%8E%E3%83%8F%E3%83%A4%E3%82%B5%E3%83%87%E3%83%BC/1-) you can find that it’s a result of some shitty literal translation of the term *double quick* – although, since these lines are usually given to the translators with little context (if any), I can’t blame them.
*Fallout* is notorious for this kind of translation errors.
