My favorite sushi spot has started having “Omakase Night” once a month, and I traded a seat for some photography. We had a blast! What a great night. For those who don’t know, Omakase means “chef’s choice” (literal: “I leave it up to you”). So enjoyable. Menu and link to full gallery in comments.
