Hello everyone!
I have been trying to look up information (Glassdoor, Google searches, Reddit searches…) about what it’s like to work in this school, but nothing has showed up… Asking this subreddit is a last measure of sorts, but does anyone have any information, experience, or contacts at this school? Thank you!

Assuming you’re applying for a position there, you could ask if you could speak to a current teacher if you get far enough into the hiring process.
ICU is one of the most desirable humanities schools. The acceptance rate is quite strict, even for students that would be considered overachievers in America. Returnee students at my high school even have troubles entering sometimes and they are all outstanding (think 4.0 GPA while abroad in america and amazing extracurriculars). From that viewpoint, the students at the ICU high school are likely quite motivated, or at the very least, from a very well to do family.
Based on this, I would imagine the school is setup similar to Ritsumeikens high school to university program and takes quite good care of their educators.
With that said, I have no first hand knowledge of the high school or work culture, so take it as you’d like.
For all the ads I’ve seen for ICU, and those are pretty regular, since tenure slots are limited and there is turnover, I’ve never seen a single ad for the HS.
I worked at ICU once, mid 80s, and for a change of scene and menu, the teachers I worked with would sometimes walk over to the HS cafeteria for lunch.
That’s all I know about it.
What are your qualifications, that you think you may have a chance?
