currently planning my first solo travel and first time in Japan.The flights are already booked and i would book the hotels next month then if the itinerary is okay like this.Gonna be in Japan from 26/10 to 16/11.

I am honest, I just looked here and on some other sites for things that looked interesting and fun and tried to group them together by location. First time I am planning so much, so i could really need some help.Are my days too packed? Or not packed enough? I have some days where i dont have anything planned, just cause i dont know what else to do haha.
About Tokyo I thought about staying in Shibuya because theres much nightlife I read is that correct?In the other cities i would just look for a hotel near a train station, or are there any areas that are good?
I am not usually into fashion but would love to buy some clothes in Japan, where are good areas or shops for a young male?
I would also really appreciate it if you guys could tell me some good restaurants, where i dont have to reserver preferably. Wanna try everything, Teppanyaki of some sort, Ramen, Udon, much Beef haha, Sushi and so on, so really open to everything.
Even cafes to just relax and drink something or eat a snack.
Really thankful if someone could look over it and give some advice
