How do i translate “That’s a given” in japanese？
For example: **It’s a given** to not be able to speak Japanese if you dont **study it properly**.

I dont think 学んでいませんでした is correct in the last sentence, but the focus is on **確かに、当然、もちろん**. and **よく・あまり・ちゃんと**

There’s plenty to correct with your sentence, but look into the usage of “当たり前.”
There are many ways to convey that nuance. The sentences you wrote are missing the expected connectors like ”if” or ”because.”
You could say:
A) 日本語をきちんと勉強しない**と**話せないのは当たり前だ。
B) 日本語をちゃんと勉強しなかった**から**、話せなくて当然だ。
C) 日本語をちゃんと勉強しなかった**から**、話せなくて当たり前だ。
etc, etc.
