Understanding the medical expenses receipt

So I went to a clinic and after consultation with the doctor, I received a medical bill. I have my medical insurance from my company that covers 70% of the medical expenses.
There are two numbers written in the medical bill that I got from the receptionist. One is 1832 and the other is 5500. The receptionist asked me to pay 5500 yen.

I am not sure what the number 1832 signifies since its roughly equal to 30% of 5500. Need some help in understanding the medical bill as Google translating the bill tells me that 1832 is the Total Medical Examination score and 5500 is the Billed amount.

  1. Each point is worth 10 yen, so 5500 is roughly 30% of 18320 (1832*10).

Edit to explain points: Points are assigned to the costs of treatment and medicine, so the points breakdown shows you roughly how much each component of your visit/treatment cost.
