Next year i am planning to get the working holiday visa for israel
My country singed a contract with japan but have not been added to the list of countries yet
According to the japan in israel embassy website there was an agreement in 2022/5/15
But i don’t know if this agreement actually started the visa for israeli citizens
do you guys know when it will be added?
i can speak N3-N2 level japanese but without a collage degree

I haven’t seen anything written down other than the transcription of a verbal announcement of an agreement-in-principle. You may want to call your local Japanese embassy/consulate to ask them if they have more information about it. I know they also recently announced the agreement was signed with Italy but Italy is not yet appearing on the list of participating countries either (although it looks like Uruguay was added this year). So if an agreement has been reached, no details yet on when it will actually be an option for you.
