What are common ways Japanese poeple “add on to a finished sentence.
Let me give you an example on what I mean:
It is finished. -> It is finished… I think.
So you add some information either because you tslked before thinking or just for emphazis.
できました。-> できました… と思います。
Tecnically the できまでした must be in plain form for that to work, but obviously we are hotfixing a sentence here so.. yesh maybe its ok.
What would be a natural way of doing that?
Also if you would want to add an “accidentially” afterwards you could just add a しまう.
But obviously the since you already finished the sentence the preceding verb would not be in て-form.
