Problem understanding phrase

I found this sentence in a song, ” あのキラめく時の中の何を知ってるっていうのさ”, and I found it translated as “What would you know about that glorious time?” but I don’t undestand why, and I don’t get where the “what would you know” part came from. Can anybody help me figure this sentence out?

  1. っていうのさ is quoting the person their speaking to and then casting doubt.

Something like “You’re saying *you* know about such a glorious time? Seems suspicious.”
