   I love the wooden menu boards they have on the wall at sushi joints and izakaya and whatnot in Japan.

   However, I personally am not a fan of places that pre slice up all their fish. I’d get it if its a really low-cost place.

   Anyone else have this pet peeve?

16. Standing sushi in Nishishinjinku right? Not far from Post Office and Keio Plaza? Love it there. Always greeted my all staff, tea, oshibori – great value, the master seems to like his staff, fast, great sushi.
