I see a lot of job openings there and consider applying. What is it like? Does it actually deliver on being more like a startup? Or big company feeling? What is the culture like? Work-life balance? Opportunity for career growth? Are salaries similar to western or lower as typical?

are any of the applicants already in Japan, or applying from outside Japan? I am also in the interview process and after the third one already getting tired. No hurry to leave my current job in Japan, but oh well, 20M+/year is a good carrot to chase.
