Nippori Fabric Town in Tokyo.
Many old shops but all textiles, fabrics etc for crafts and I guess fashion.
Second Nippori Fabric Town. They have everything there. If you look at [their website](https://www.nippori-senigai.com/en/shopno/tomato/) before you go you might be able to narrow down the shop to find. Otherwise, just wandering around the shops is great fun!
