So I will be taking the N3 test this July. I thought I’d try bringing some joy to my learning by playing a game I like in Japanese, FF7. While playing, sometimes I understand, but I often find myself looking up all the different kanji. At what point do you think you are looking stuff up too often? I am also writing down the words I don’t know.
Is this game just too advanced for my level or is it ok to be spending so much time looking up words?

Does looking up the words bother or annoy you? If so, you might want to go for something pitched at a younger audience. If not, then what’s the problem?
You have a list of scripts [here](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ukDIWSkh_xvpppPbgs1nUR2kaEwFaWlsJgZUlb9LuTs/edit#gid=0), including FF7 which can make looking up words easier.
