  1. The Workhorsemen are one of my favorite tag teams going, really excited for this match.

  2. How come Shibata is wrestling more for ROH/AEW these days, but not NJPW? Are there some problems between them? Surely, Shibata would be in the mix of some of the storylines going on in NJPW right now.

  3. Anthony Henry is wrestlings best kept secret. The workhorsemen wrestle at my local promotion and I’m so psyched they’re getting all these dope matches lately. Deserved!

  4. It’s 2023 and katsuyori shibata is wrestling weekly. In the United states. For ring of honor. What is life.

  5. Very real possibility that this is leading to Alex challenging for Shibata’s title, considering a few days after this airs he’s doing the ROH Pure Rules match vs Tracy Williams in Philly that’s being hinted as having title implications.

  6. I was a little hesitant at first but with the amount of NJPW guys that show up on it I figured that I’d give new RoH a chance. I don’t regret it at all. While it isn’t New Japan level good it’s not too far off. On an imaginary scale where NJPW is a 10 on all things , I’d give RoH a 8.5 for content, a 5 for value and 11.5 for ease of use. If someone asked me what wrestling streaming service to get it’d be world, if they wanted a second one I would suggest RoH.

  7. They ran this live before the Rampage/BOTB taping. Match was the highlight of the ROH block imo.

  8. Love when Tony Khan goes full 97-98 WCW mode and books fun and wacky shit like this.

  9. I am more concerned about the guys hand disappearing into his chest. JD Drake is really in trouble if his partner can’t find his hand.

  10. If you told me 2 months ago that Shibata would become a weekly regular on ROH I would have called you insane. Shit is beautiful.

  11. Do these matches go on New Japan World? I don’t really want to get an AEW subscription just for a couple matches once in a while.

  12. Alex Couglin, Aaron Honore, and FTR Bald look like three evolutions of the same Pokémon
