I can pronounce らりるれろ by themselves perfectly fine. But each time I try to pronounce the り in おり, the r sound is either too soft to be noticeable or I make a d sound instead, no matter where I place my tongue. It’s very confusing, because I can pronounce らりるれろ in other contexts, but as soon as there’s an おり, I can never do it. Is there anything that could help with this?

Sound it out slowly, over and over O-Ri
watch cyber bunny 30 minute hiragana song loop on YouTube and sing along to it daily
watch free phonetics lessons on YouTube
a good place to start is the Spanish rolled R or the colloquial American pronunciation of the ts in butter
think of l, d, and r
Dogen has some videos on it
Also り is formed in a more distinct way over the rest of the ラ行
