6. Great plate, I like very much the tonal diversity, and if I may I would suggest you to put a little less of your toppings, to improve the contrast between the fish colour , seeking to have a more graphic/design first impression

   Then tell us about the ingredients and how they taste.

14. The lox style topping on the left most piece is so clever! Everything bagel and capers ftw. Everything looks great, really enjoy the bold fusion choices
