Hello there ! I am currently looking for a new opportunity as a Software Engineer with 3 yoe and I’ve been looking for some jobs in Japan, among others. The company that seems to fit the best for me is Mercari, as the culture and products looks to match a lot with me. However I am wondering if anyone on this sub is already working there, as I would like to have a chat with someone inside that applied from overseas ? I am curious about their interview process and relocation package as well as the actual culture there regarding foreigners. I see different things on Glassdoor so being able to talk with someone would be amazing ! Also, besides of Mercari, what companies in Japan are worth applying for ?
Thanks !

Not very likely to make it through their interviews with 3 YoE. They only hire seniors, afaik.
Best way to get in touch with people working there as a prospect is through the interview funnel.
You can worry about the offer details when you get one.
