My father-in-law just broke his bridge to his partial dentures on our flight on the way to Tokyo. Can anyone recommend an emergency dentist who could fix this problem?

Your best bet would be to ask at the airport. They could probably point you to the closest one.
You might want to ask this also at r/japanlife since you might catch the eyes of more locals with dentist recommendations and experience in Tokyo near the airport or your hotel. Technically non-resident aren’t supposed to post there but the mods have made exceptions in the past for urgent or emergency situations.
