  1. This was one of my favorite things to order at family restaurants. I used to live near a Saizeriya ❤️‍🔥 looks great and definitely make me want it so bad now!

  2. I first heard of this in a Japanese game a while ago, you just reminded me to try it!

I think I would bake it slightly less as I’d like it more saucy inside. 🙂

  3. Solid first attempt. You overdid the browning quite a bit given how solid the entire surface has become, but it doesn’t look burnt. Next time, keep a closer eye on how long you have it under the heat and aim for the cheese being browned in the center but still gooey and melty at the edges.

Unless you personally prefer the crunchy cheese shell, in which case, by all means continue enjoying your meal as-is! It’s all about personal taste, after all. Case in point, here’s the last time I made [curry doria](https://i.imgur.com/WxiFk8P.jpg) – I like mine on the [melty side](https://i.imgur.com/6CKRfD2.jpg) so that it all mixes together with the rice. Also, these disposable tins you can get from grocery stores are great for anything you have to broil since it saves on clean-up and having heat-proof dishes of the right shape/size.

  4. Looks a little dry but still amazing looking! If you’re not allergic to shellfish then throw some mini shrimps in there.
