Ive payed for a Mobal SIM and i seem to be having issues with my ID being verified, i have uploaded my main Passport page for proof of ID and bank statement with my addres for proof of residence, but i keep getting “there is a problem with your ID” the response is saying my passport is ” Not an accepted form of Identification for your selected shipping Country. ”
i have tried uploading a provisional driving license now i just need to wait for them to see it, but this ID is out of date so hopefully it works, what else could i use, or why arent they accepting my Passport?

It’s because your passport doesn’t have your address on it. I did the same thing, didn’t properly read and just uploaded my passport id then got the email of failure. I had an out of date drivers license with an old address, so I had to renew that first while receiving ‘final warning’ emails. Lucily I made it in time though.
Your provisional license should be fine I suspect so long as it’s valid and has the same address you’ve provided them on it. It’s a ‘fraud thing’ I was told which is why they want it, but I agree it’s a bit much for a sim card.
