Was looking to get thoughts on our 9 day trip in Japan. Originally, the plan was the stay local to Tokyo but we decide to get a hotel for 1 night in Osaka to do Nara and USJ. I tried to keep it light so it wouldn’t feel overcrowded but feel free to offer and recommends/suggestions.

Teamlabs you won’t need to allow a whole day for, you’ll be there at most 2 hours or so. If you do it in the morning maybe could tie in the Tsukiji visit with that day? You could go from there to Akihabara and Skytree
Then Shinjuku/Shibuya could be it’s own day (with Harajuku too). Recommend booking Shibuya Sky for sunset/dusk – beautiful time of day.
Could start in Shinjuku park in the morning, wander around Shinjuku for lunch, then Harajuku and wind up in Shibuya for the late afternoon/evening
