Seamstress/tailor in tokyo recommendations?

I am in search of an English-speaking tailor/seamstress in Tokyo for a bit of an obscure ask… I am traveling with my 14 month old next week and he is obsessed with a giant ikea blanket that I really don’t want to bring for travels, so my hope is to order an Ofelia blanket to a seamstress/tailor and have them wash and cut it down and re-seam it into a few smaller sized blankets we can split across carryon and checked bag for travel. Would love any recommendations!
