Take your pick. Amazon prime, Disney plus, Netflix, Hulu. They all do for me.
Depending on who paid the show, for example, netflix shows that are “orginals” will have subs you can always use a VPN and log into netflix Japan to get JP subs for shows I imagine other streaming platforms work the same
I’m surprised nobody’s mentioned it yet, but animemelon seems to work well
Some may work better than others. I suggest you search for some and see what works best. There may be one for CR out there but haven’t looked into it.
You can watch with Japanese subtitles on Crunchyroll with asbplayer and downloading Japanese subtitles from Kitsunekko
Animelon is a good choice. Limited selection though. Personally, I just use https://zoro.to/ with ASBPlayer and subtitle files that I find on https://kitsunekko.net/
As for downloading the actual animes, I’m sure you’ll be able to figure that out yourself.
nyaa.si if you don’t mind torrent
Crunchyroll should allow it iirc
i use vpn + netflix
Netflix, just set the language to Japanese in the settings and you’ll find a lot of shows have Japanese subs and dubs. You can even watch English language shows with Japanese subtitles.
Animelon
Netflix (if you use vpn you have bigger selection)
Crunchyroll if you use an extension to load jsubs
animelon is good, has furigana and romaji as well, plus can hover over each word for broad definitions etc.
I don’t think anything is better than animelon when it comes to learning.
I’ve found grabbing the raws and then stringing into the softsubs is easiest
Download the anime locally and get subs from kitsunekko. Bam, easy.

There are a few chrome browser extensions that can achieve this (sort of): https://www.languagereactor.com/
