3. Karaage is one of the Forbidden Dishes in our house.

   We must only eat it at restaurants, because if it starts being part of the home repertoire we’re going to die early – we’ll just make it all the time.

4. FYI, non-stick pans aren’t great for frying in, affects the coating.
