Made sushi with the Mrs. again. Finally getting the hang of it I think. The rice cooking is the most difficult for me to execute well.

1. Get a rice cooker. I recommend a Zojirushi made in Japan version. Pricy but so worth it if you’re serious about making good rice. Mine also sings to me when I start it and when it is done.
