  1. Wow that looks wonderful, particularly, the hamachi which seems to be of excellent quality and it’s great you can find ikura to use, too. Nice knife skills and seems a reasonable portion without sauces et al to subvert the purity of the fish rice and seaweed. Finally, I really like the bowl and chopsticks. 😉

    Pro Tip: you could’ve gotten another hundred upvotes if you had stuck your hashi vertical in the rice. 🙂
