  1. Looks so good. Do you know what that sauce is? Is it just soy sauce or something else?

  2. Mix a bit of dashi into the soy sauce. Mellows it out. A lot of sushi places have their own mixes and do not use pure soy sauce.

  4. Question, I love tobiko, how is the other roe?

    Kind of makes me want to gag thinking of all the eggs. Does the flavor change things?
