I tried doing basic conversational stuff that seemed to work but im not good enough to know if the japanese that its speaking is jank or not. Anyone with more fluency have any thoughts on it?
I can’t speak for Snap AI in particular, but using language correctly is the one thing that these models should be good at. Don’t believe what it tells you tho…
If you are not at a level where you can objectively rate how good and/or accurate a given Japanese sentence is, you really shouldn’t be even touching AI. This (or something similar) has been mentioned in every single chatbot posts here that I’ve seen recently… but anyways.
Based on the screenshots provided [here](https://applisommelier.jp/archives/3071), it has a strong taste of *this sounds AI* unnaturalness. Not something I’d recommend learning off of.
