Hello! Any cities to recommend to stay at for 2-3 days from Morioka before I make my way to Tokyo?
also, any recommendations for circuit training or bootcamp or spin studios in morioka and Tokyo to recommend?

I might recommend Matsushima. It’s stunningly beautiful, and has a more quiet touristy feel… It’s very pleasant… I stayed about 4 weeks just east of Matsushima in Touna… Ishinomaki and Onnagawa are pretty nice places, but I think theres more to do toward Sendai… Especially if you like shopping or food.
One thing I definitely want to see next time I’m in the area is Fox Village
