Resources/advice for learning business-level japanese in a software engineering context?

Hello!
I am currently working as a software engineer with a proficiency level of N3. For applying to japanese companies, I see application requirements of > N1/ fluent japanese and from what I gather, communication within a typical japanese company is a completely different beast and the JLPT doesn’t accurately cover these topics.
My question is: besides different levels of keigo, are there any books/resources that deal with technical terms in japanese, preferrably related to software engineering within the games industry?
Are there any courses I can follow that teach japanese business etiquette, writing formal templates for specification/design documents etc.?

  1. I have some programming books written in Japanese which are full of tech terms, basically go to amazon.jp and buy books on programming.

For instance, you probably don’t need a book “Intro to programming in C” anymore, but you could read an easy intro book in Japanese, C言語.

  2. Check out the resources by IPA:

    Example page on software requirements:

They publish a ton of pages and pdfs online for free on top of their books.

They also hold a few exams you can take in Japan, some of which are multiple choice formats that do not require you to write in Japanese.

Also, check out [this anime](http://newgame-anime.com) if you haven’t already.
