  2. No shame in this set up. I’ve eaten blocks of tuna/salmon/yellow tail immediately after peeling the plastic wrap off the styrofoam tray. Didn’t even slice them into pieces. Ate them caveman-style- using my hand to pick up a 400g block of sashimi, dipped it into soy sauce and bit off a chunk at a time. So basic, yet so satisfying.

    Should probably add that I was in a hotel room.
