City: Hamamatsu. Is this a normal thing or is this just a weird circumstance. Every couple of days, a van with massive speakers comes around with a voice, which I can only assume is someone in the van talking through a mic, saying something that I can’t quite make out(the quality isn’t great and neither is my japanese). So, is this something I’m gonna have to get used to, or what?
