Hey! Heard from someone that you could avoid the 10,000¥ cancellation fee from softbank if you change to a different plan that has no cancellation fees? Anyone who knows which plan is it? As much as possible I would rather not pay the 10k 😅 Thanks!!
If you’re on a old plan, switch to a new plan that doesn’t have a cancellation fee. Wait a month and you can cancel no problem. Not difficult, you can do it online in most cases
