So I’m trying to get rid of my work car what would be the cheapest way of doing it?? Is it possible to sell it? Would be really helpful if a can get some cash from it. Have 0 experience with this stuff need help and advice.
Some info about the car:
doesn’t have air conditioning,
Exterior is clean with a few scratches that is barely noticable.
Interior should be up to standards with a bit of cleaning.
Still have 1 year and 6months left on its registration.

You can try bringing it to a local Gulliver, or try [their online marketplace](https://gulliver-frima.com/)
Yahoo auctions, Mercari, one of the Facebook groups for your area.
I took my old car to the scrap dealer and got a quote, then I took the quote to a used car dealer and said the scrap yard are offering to pay me 30,000 if your interested in buying it off me instead to fix it up and sell it on let me know. They offer me 40,000, sold.
No A/C? Yikes.

Try Jimoty, you can find a direct buyer who just needs a car. It’s safe.
Assuming it’s a compact or kei with something around 100k km you could try touring the local gas stations
An easy way to get rid of a car is to contact BigMotor. They’ll even send someone over to appraise your car. Not sure about the selling process as I only used them to get a better price for my car from the dealer but since they got a lot of shops I’m pretty sure they’ll just take care of everything for you.
I purchase used cars, which prefecture are you in? My rate will be better than any Japanese dealer. I have a scrap yard.
