I bought a ticket for USJ for may 5th but I need it for may 4th. I can’t find any information on the website about how or if I can exchange or if the date doesn’t matter. Hs anyone had any expertise with this?
if you made your own account, bought the ticket on the official USJ website(and purchased with your credit card), you may be able to change the date.
Just… contact them? Admin workers often have vastly sweeping powers to edit things.
I was able to chat with customer service online and they told me that it was possible to make the change at the gate. The only caveat is that if they are sold out of tickets for the day that you want, you won’t be able to change the date.
