Please Help ASAP

Greetings!

Our team is looking for 1 willing participant for our thesis about communicative competence in the Japanese language, with the title: にほんごはわかりましたか? (Can You Understand Japanese?): A Descriptive Case Study Of Second Language (L2) Communicative Competence Between Academic Learning and Social Acquisition. Our goal is to compare and find out which mode of study is more proficient: socially acquired or academically learned. We will be sending our questionnaire thru email. Also, there will be a (recorded video) interview (speaking test) and post-interview (follow-up questions). We will send you a gift after we finish our study.

Requirements:
– Can read, write and speak Japanese
– Learned Japanese (socially)
– Filipino
– Must be available as early as Tuesday (speaking test, post-interview)

If you think you are qualified to be our participant, don’t be shy to send us a private message. Thank you for your time.

  1. Mods are probably asleep, so this is a heads up to remind folks that mods normally pre-screen survey requests and that seems to have not happened here. Participate at more of your own risk than usual.

  2. You might want to fix the title, I’m terrible at grammar so I can’t articulate the why but it’s in past tense (わかりましたか? = Did you understand?)

  3. >Filipino

    Wait, what?

    Why’s that relevant?

And for that matter, I’d be concerned about this thesis paper where you’ve managed to incorrectly write the *title*.
