What are these beans and do you have recipes?

Hello, bought these beans in Tokyo solely based on their beauty! The google translate is a bit iffy. They look like runner beans to me, when I try to get more specific (like shinsu beans as suggested by google translate) I don’t find much at all online. And help with and ID and authentic/traditional Japanese recipes for them would be super appreciated!

  1. Yeah they look like the beans my dad would keep in the shed after growing runner beans to seed them again for the next growing season. I’ve never seen him eat them like this though.
