I received the hagaki/postcard informing me the deduction/rebate will be deposited to my account on the 18th, but it’s the 26th and I still haven’t received anything. Does it usually take more than a week for the bank to process the transfer? Everywhere I look, people all claim they received their deposits as soon as they received the notification.

In Yokohama and received post card saying it would be deposited on 14th and showed up on 14th.
