Is there any phone number to talk to a person (rather than to a robot) from SMBC ANA Mastercard?

There are several phone numbers printed in the back of the ANA SMBC Mastercard credit card, and in the Vpass app, and in the web, but all of them lead to robot-only options, so it is not possible to talk to a real person. The iPhone app does not appear to have any way to notify them of important issues like travels overseas, etc. Please share any trick to talk to a real human; if that is in English, even better.   1. The robot operator lets you talk to an actual human operator when you answer properly(you are asked to choose a question number) in Japanese.
    It’ll say “オペレーターにお繋ぎします。しばらくお待ちください。”

  2. You need a lot of patience and a lot of time pushing buttons to get through the IVR and finally talk to a human. You’ll get there eventually.
