In Victoria you need to go through a visa agency rather than going direct to the embassy in Melbourne.
**My issue:** The visa agent is debating with me prior to submitting my application is that their understanding is that WHV visa has a total limitation of 3 months of employment for the entire visa – despite it only stating you are expected to move locations every 3 months.
In my Purpose to Travel I made reference that I would be spending no longer than 3 months in any one location and changing employers as frequently as per the visa limitations to explain that I understand the requirements – which I understand to be correct. (I understand that this is really policed while in the country.)
Has anyone had any issues with submitting their application in Australia either via agency or embassy-direct in regards to proposed working arrangements?

**Any Australians (Victorians) recently applied for WHV?**

You don’t need to change employers. There are not a lot of employment restrictions. You can be full time, part time, and work in one place the whole 12 months. There are just some industries you are not allowed to work for.
In saying that, it’s kind of recommended to not mention employment on the application, and just put down the intended travel.
And no one is checking in, by the way, so dont feel like you need to stick to your plan. I lived in Osaka for the whole time I was on my WHV.
It’s an easy visa to apply for and do in your own though, i don’t think you need an agent?
