I tried something new. I used some leftover rice with ground chicken I made the night before which was marinated in sesame seed oil, soy sauce, fish sauce, ground carrots, onions, garlic, pepper, ginger. So I took that, made a simple scrambled rolled egg and made a nice maki. Was really delicious.

The sushi purest on this sub will probably pass on this post. But, I welcome any funky renditions of sooosh as long as it’s rolled and/or presented well. Definitely has me hungry, good job!
