If you got some pen enabled Android Device, try “KanjiStudy”. I think Kana and Kanji up to JLPT N5 should be free (still). Rather underrated app in my opinion.
I think renshuu has that functions (app and site), there also a game with kanji/kana practice called “Quick Draw” and it’s something like that. There’s also an app “Write it! Japanese”.
