Another bug question post.
Got a swarm of these insects randomly appearing like that. Who are they? I fumigated them immediately but anything else I should do?

Looks like termite swarmers which have either invaded your home from outside or appeared from an infestation in your home. Having them in your wooden house is very bad news and you should contact the owners if you rent to help you to get rid of them.
Google “swarmer termites” and you’ll see those. If it helps, when I first moved to Japan I lived in government housing and one day those fuckers appeared en masse. After I genocided them once, they never showed up again. If it’s your own home (not rented), might be a bit of a worry though. I’d get someone to check if they’re in the wood.
Fortunately never seen them, but I from the other comments I guess these are the dreaded “ã‚·ãƒã‚¢ãƒª” (actually termites, not ants), which would be the keyword you want to search with. You can get preventative treatments as well (we have for our house, which is hopefully why I’ve never seen them).
Bugs Bunny.
We had a swarm of termites once, called an exterminator, and they found an infestation inside a tree stump in the yard that had spread to the support structures inside the veranda, causing a lot of damage. Repairs were expensive. We had a termite control system installed around the house to prevent that from happening again. The exterminators come by once a month and check the termite traps to make sure they get dealt with quickly if they return.
Y’all are trippin. Those aren’t termites, just your average fruit fly.
They look like termite allates. They are harmless but there must be a colony nearby, probably in the wood under the floor or outside. These can cause damage to your house.
